The terms governing your use of Executive Scout.

By accessing or using Executive Scout (the "Service"), operated by Scout Labs HQ LLC ("Scout Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active users of material changes.
Executive Scout is currently available as an invitation-only private beta. Access is limited and may be modified or revoked at any time. The Service is provided "as is" during this period. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
By participating in the beta, you understand that the Service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality, and that Scout Labs is not responsible for any issues arising from beta use.
Executive Scout is an AI-powered executive assistant that accesses your Google Gmail and Google Calendar data (with your authorization) to generate daily briefings, surface priorities, track follow-ups, and optionally send SMS notifications. The Service is designed to help you manage professional communications and priorities.
Executive Scout uses artificial intelligence to analyze your emails, calendar, and communications and to generate summaries, recommendations, draft replies, and briefings. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before acting on it.
Scout Labs makes no guarantee that the AI will correctly identify priorities, deadlines, important contacts, or action items. Do not rely exclusively on Executive Scout for decisions involving financial, legal, medical, or other high-stakes matters.

Using Executive Scout requires connecting your Google account. By doing so, you authorize Executive Scout to access your Gmail and Google Calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.
Executive Scout is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's terms of service.
If you opt into SMS notifications through your Executive Scout account settings, you agree to receive transactional account-related text messages from Executive Scout, including daily brief ready notifications, task reminders, appointment reminders, and follow-up reminders.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may also disable SMS notifications in your account settings at any time.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using Executive Scout or purchasing any service.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by network conditions, carrier policies, or other factors outside our control. SMS notifications are a convenience feature — do not rely on them as your sole reminder for critical tasks or appointments.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur through your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We do not guarantee that Executive Scout will be available at all times or without interruption. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of planned downtime or major changes.
Executive Scout and all associated intellectual property are owned by Scout Labs HQ LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to the Scout Labs name, logo, or any proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.
You retain ownership of all data you provide. By using the Service, you grant Scout Labs a limited license to process your data for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SCOUT LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SCOUT LABS HQ LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM MISSED TASKS, APPOINTMENTS, EMAILS, FOLLOW-UPS, OR OTHER EVENTS AS A RESULT OF AI ERRORS, SMS DELIVERY FAILURES, SERVICE OUTAGES, OR OTHER ISSUES WITH THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
